The building is a retrofitting project of the former Olympia Garage in West Kensington
The new setting out comprises of a seven-storey mixed-use building, including a 450-student school (6,574 sqm), a gym (887 sqm) and a 204-room hotel with lounge, meeting rooms, reception and dining area (11,056 sqm).
The project encompasses of a ribbon glazed facade with a brick faced precast panel at the spandrel area.

In emberton House, Frame
Facades was involved by the supplier of the brick facade precast to support with the testing strategy for the facade panels. Frame Facades advised the methodology to test the panel according to CWCT Standards and to BS 8297:2017. Our services included also attendance to the test and production of a testing method statement.
